Inexpensive and Good
Angelo's is a very friendly, family-type restaurant. The Italian dishes are good, and the service is great. Best of all, the prices are fantastic!

super value!
I would eat here every weekend if I could. The food is so inexpensive and tastes great. Dont ask for the peanut butter and jelly sandwich though, its really pricey (and an insdie joke at the restaurant).

I love going here for lunch. The food is cheap, quick and delicious! It isn't a fancy place but the staff is great and the service is quick.

Like eating at your neighbors
The family atmosphere here is amazing. It feels like you are eating at someones home not a restaurant. The day i ate there the food was good but not exceptional but I was so comfortable I didnt care. The salad comes with your meal and is nothing fabulous, but the sirlon i had wasperfect in every way mediium rare just like i like it. I had a baked potatoe on the side and some bottomless texas toast. All delicious. Now this is the flash and glam of a salt grassbut it is homecooking done like you momma used to.

If there ever was a pizza tradition in dallas, here it is..
This place is a complete dive, full of regulars and chain smokers. Yet they welcome new comers with a smile. Its the type of place that remembers your drink order, or that you have trouble picking between the chicken parm or just the normal spagetti. You become a regular without even noticing that you do eat there twice a week..

I just got out of the hospital and Angelo's is a refreshing break from the mush and little green pills. I didn't mind the pills so much. Those made me feel funny. He he he he he
