They take good care of big babies
My two Great Danes are such babies when going to the vet, complaining all the way. However, it's obvious John and Mark are excellent vets who love animals. They both have a demeanor that calms my dogs, which is no small miracle. Their staff has always taken care of any minor requests that I make.
